American Realty Group made our trip to Captiva seamless and unforgettable. The home was perfect, and working with Lisa was an absolute pleasure; she was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. This trip was especially meaningful for our family after the loss of our son Ethan last year. The peaceful setting and care from the ARG team helped us feel closer to him. We’re grateful for the experience and look forward to returning next year and finally meeting Lisa and team in person. Highly recommend.
Albert is the best. My son left his IPad at our unit in Sunset Captiva and I called immediately and he very calmly told me no big deal I can ship it back to you. He relieved me from a lot of stress
What an amazing vacation!! We rented Sea La Vie. Ten of us for 8 days. The home was amazing and a very short walk to the beach. American Realty was also amazing. We needed a few more umbrellas for the beach and they were right on it for us. Lisa and crew are top notch, 5 stars over and over again!!
Great property. Avoid any Captiva properties associated with American Realty of Captiva: (1) Managing their own internal booking and dates. (2) Issues with their internal contract management. (3) Customer services issues- would rather take advantage of a customer than build a reoccurring and loyal customer base. My family has vacationed in Captive for 11 years.
