WOW!! What an incredible week on Captiva Island and American Realty and Lisa are truly the reason. We stayed at the “Grey Heron” which is a beautiful beach front home w/ a heated pool right on the beach w/ 2 houses on the property. Truly a lovely experience. We only had to reach out to American Realty 1 time during our stay and someone came over in less than 30 minutes to help remedy our minor issue. We stayed at Morning Glories and the house was perfect for our large group. It was clean, well appointed kitchen, and fun game room. Also check in/out was easy. Don't for get to rent a golf cart during your stay.
Just finished a wonderful week in Captiva at our usual residence! Lisa and team did a great job. The only change to our routine post Ian was that we had to head to Sanibel for a few of our dinners, but we are glad we did. Dined at the bar, first bartender was great, her shift ended replaced by male bartender he was rude and unattentive
