Working with Ulyana Stebelska made a challenging selling process much more manageable. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept everything moving forward from start to finish. We always felt well-informed and supported throughout the process, and she handled details in a way that really took the stress off our plate. We're very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Ulyana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Shari is unprofessional and shady as it gets. She represented the seller during our home purchasing process. We had asked for repairs to be made prior to closing and invoices/receipts of completion of the repairs in our purchasing agreement. We followed up numerous times and the day before closing she provided us with fake invoices. Patti was a great help. She went above and beyond coordinating repairs and updates when we were not there. She held our hands and gave us advise when needed. We would highly recommend using her to sell or buy a house she will always be in your corner. She made selling our house much less stressful than it could have been.
