Bought a house with Alison-sold a house with her-would use her again for sure. Prompt and flexible, knowledgeable and helpful.
They are incredibly knowledgeable and professionals. I have had real estate agents basically bout my listing on MLS and wait for an offer. AR markets in multiple ways. They bring in their own staging pieces as appropriate. I’ve used them for multiple properties and the most recent one we had a contract signed before it was officially listed.

Looked at a house with my husband asked why they were selling. The realtor told us, a lie. We put in an offer, they countered & we declined. They called us back with our highest price we could go. Then the other realtor through here, became pushy trying to sell our house-there were so many red flags that I made my husband back out of the contract.
