Expect further investigations! This place is the worst to rent from! I have been wrongfully charged a few times within the few months I have lived there. Now i have Moved out, and now being charged for a sewer utiliy from previous months that I lived there. This has been paid for, as I have been billed this each month for this bill through the tenant portal with rent. *Update. They never answered back to any of my emails to address these issues
I have NOTHING good to say in regards to this company. When we first moved in, we had no heat for over a week. It also looked as though the house hadn’t been cleaned in months. There’s no number to contact this company. Our basement also flooded and it took them forever to help us with that. We just moved out and they slapped us with all these cleaning charges and ridiculous fees. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I had a wonderful experience with Edgar Castillo from the leasing department. He was very helpful with assisting me with my rental application. Edgar Castillo was always available to take my calls when I had questions. He gave me a good and confident feeling about choosing the rental property I chose. I hope the management company / landlord is just as great as the leasing department.

I have lived in my home for 5 months now and realized, after getting a summons from the city hall, that this home does not qualify for an occupancy permit. I have called every number I could find to tell these idiots this house isn't legal and not will the lease be a legal binding document due to not OBTAINING A LEASE!
