I have absolutely loved working with Brent and his wife they are absolutely amazing people very nice and honest and have been very helpful I would highly recommend American real estate!!
We had a great experience renting from American Real Estate here in Logan. The Bevans were very honest and friendly in all of our interactions. Maintenance requests were promptly handled. If you’re a high accountability person with integrity you will love renting from AME.
I’m extremely disappointed in our experience with renting from Brent. Due to his carelessness, our washer and dryer went missing after he told us he wanted to buy them and to leave them at the property, and there has been little accountability or urgency in resolving the issue. These were valuable appliances, and it’s unacceptable that they were lost under his watch. Communication was lacking, and the handling of our property was completely unprofessional. Honesty was absolutely terrible, first of all the apartment we moved into had several plumbing leaks, smelly carpets, a toilet that wasn’t bolted to the ground, ect. Brent then said he would buy a washing machine and drier from us as we were moving out, and he ended up losing them somehow while under his care and isn’t going to pay us for them or didn’t even say sorry, just tried blaming us for losing them. Not responsible or accountable for anything. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! RUN AWAY!
Be very hesitant doing any type of business with slumlord Brent Bevan. He managed a property I rented and any time there was a problem with the property he refused to send anyone out unless there were multiple problems. Leaky sink? You need to find something else wrong with the house before he'll send some one out to fix it. The house had a massive black mold problem, I emailed Bevan several times about it and he didn't seem to care. I emailed him pictures of the mold and no response.
