Over a two week period, I called and left a voicemail. I texted. I emailed. I never received a return call or contact. No way to run and encourage new business. Going elsewhere. Doesn’t deserve a star in my book but won’t post unless I choose one.
We called and made an appointment for a Radon test in our home. An appointment was scheduled at the time of call. My first impressions was that the person was disorganized and had limited testing devices available but I made an appointment anyway. The male (Scott) never showed up on the date of appointment and never called me to indicate such. Highly recommend American Radon Reduction
Scott was very easy to work with and installed a quality RadonAway system that fit my needs very well. My radon levels prior to the installation averaged around 14-15 pCi/L and within 48 hours the radon system had reduced levels well below the 4 pCi/L action level defined by the EPA. I'm now averaging around .3 and am more than satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Scott from American Radon Reduction for your radon system needs.
There aren't many craftsmen left in this country. Scott is the best! He did the job quick and professionally. You can't go wrong with him.
