Jesse and his team did great work today. I always get nervous with car stuff and fear that my lack of knowledge is going to be taken advantage of. Jesse made suggestions beyond the routine oil change I came in for (radiator and transmission fluids). He asked if I was interested and when I hesitated he immediately went under the hood and got a sample of my fluids, then showed me what I had and what I should have. I went to this place for a full synthetic oil change, I called and the owner said it would cost around $65.00, which was fine with me. When we got there the price went up to like $75.00-$80.00, he said it was because the oil filter is on top of the motor, I said you would think it would be cheaper because it's on top, he said "you would think so, right", so I told him ok do it anyways. The oil I got was out of the plastic containers, which was nice but the oil was a brand I never heard of, it did say premium oil though. Don'... read more
