American Quality Roofing extended us good service from day one.Their quote surpassed our other bids while offering us better materials. There was only 2 days of the crew working non-stop. To take off old roof and prepare for dry-in their crew worked 12 hrs. Most of the waiting time was waiting on inspections, yet from the time of signing the contract and having the roof completed was about 1 1/2 weeks. Williams is a very dedicated manager, he arrived within about an hour after getting a request for inspection and repair, and carried out a detailed inspection. About an hour after he left, the offer was made quickly. The offer was reasonable and inexpensive, within the acceptable range, and the repair date was agreed promptly. Florida, you know, rainy and sometimes typhoons. After making half the down payment up front, the job starts quickly, pay the other half after it's done, and AQF will give you a warranty.
Bill and Megan were excellent. Highly recommend. I wrote and agreed with this review in 2022. In 2024, I needed additional patchwork on the same roof under warranty. I called these roofers, and was disappointed with the poor communication over scheduling, rudeness, and lack of professionalism shown. Was a totally different experience this time around. My job was completed, awaiting the rain to test, but I am not comfortable patronizing them again for future needs.
I had a leak in my sunroom and called American Quality Roofing. Bill responded almost immediately and was at my house the next morning. He was genuinely committed to finding the source of my leak and performing the best repair possible. He provided excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Made an appointment did not show and called it was stated that they was running behind. Understood that part. Question me over the phone about the leak and not knowing what labor or what repairs it would need he quoted me 490.00. This was a very small leak. He stated he would send a subcontractor to do the work his son😳. And he would get it done.
