We used American Quality Movers to pick up furniture in Michigan and to move in New Jersey in the same month. The service was first class. Their sales rep Sarah worked with us to get a fair estimate and the follow through was awesome. The movers were professional and efficient. There was not a scratch on our furniture or to our house. If we ever had to move again we would definitely use them.

I've never used a mover before and quite frankly dreaded the thought.American quality movers were great though. They were always friendly on the phone while setting up the appointment. They were sure to call and confirm. They were friendly during the move out and move in. They had to store my stuff overnight and there was no problem with that. I am highly impressed with their packing skills and the way they treated my belongings. Initially I hired American Quality Movers just to move my belongings. But I was having problems to wrap and box so many delicate pieces of show pieces and other glass and crystal ware. Then I decided to take their packing service as well. I used American quality movers about a year ago for a local move and that time I was so impressed that I decided to call them again. They have moved me to NJ from NY just couple of days ago. My family used American Quality Movers twice in the last 2 years during construction of our new home. They were great. We were lucky to get them twice. They are very hard workers, do not complain, take directions very well and are very careful while packing, loading and unloading. They went the extra mile including extra stops (both times) to our storage unit to drop off and pick up specific items. I reserved the move day 10 days prior. The movers were phenomenal. They provide me with great customer service and speedy work. Their customer service department followed up with calls, answered all my questions and gave me an accurate estimate. I had quotes from many moving companies but none came to home for an onsite estimate except American Quality Movers. The estimate was very precise and Randy (sales guy) explained the entire moving plan to me, which seemed perfect to me. So, I hired American Quality Movers and got the best move ever. It was a pleasure to work with the sales rep (Michael) of American Quality Movers. He was very attentive, responsive and informative. The onsite estimate was very precise and the arrangements were really impressive for my move. They have dealt the delicate and fragile items with great care and efficiency and made sure that nothing gets damaged or broken.
