We were moving from a 3 bed flat to a 4 bed house. We had underestimated the time to do the move and it took a good few hours from the initial estimate, especially as a few of the furniture had to be dismantled and as this was a first move for us, we were not aware it had to be done. They were gracious and professional from the start and we cannot speak enough of the foreman who was the more experienced. I should start off with saying this was my first time moving from states. I was pleased with the work of American quality movers. Their customer service was a big help, they kept me updated and informed on my move from the very beginning to end which was actually really professional cause I was a bit nervous looking at the volume of the shift involved. I have never met a friendlier group of men; there workmanship was second to none. American quality movers were the right company for me without a shadow of a doubt, their quote was very reasonable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Jordan and 3 other movers from American quality movers arrived at 8.00am sharp as arranged. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. These guys do not hang around and expertly cleared a large 4-bed room house and my Dental Clinic which was attached with my house. I was much worried about the Clinic portion, as you know in a Dental Clinic the medical equipments are very sophisticated and expensive. American Quality Movers were fabulous and fully professional. Their price was also reasonable. They gave me a fixed rate which was reasonable in comparison with other companies. Within short notice, they agreed and came to load my valuables. Moreover I did some mistake. I mentioned my wrong address in the form. After all this happened, they still showed up on time and involved in packing until all works got finished. They were super fast. I decided on American Quality Movers because of the reviews and because of my sales rep Randy that I spoke with. They were very attentive to my needs and got back to me in a very timely manner I'd have to say. The items that they moved were all in the same exact condition and overall the experience was a good one. I just wanted to take a minute out of my day and say thanks to American Quality Movers for taking such great care of me in a very stressful situation.

It was an inter-state move but my experience with American quality movers was fabulous. I can only say that these guys are professionals; they are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My brother has recently used this company and he was completely satisfied with all they had to offer. So, he recommended them to me. On the moving day, the foreman and two workers came to my house and wrapped and loaded everything I had in the house. Inter-state move is the toughest job I have ever come across. But these guys are real pros. They knew how to go about the task. When I hired American Quality Movers, I had high hopes from them because of the reviews that I read. They did justice with their reputation.
