I get an appointment suppose to be for my Bionic hand, I get there and their trying to fit me for shoes!! My feet has no problems, confused me for someone else wasting my time and trip up there which is a forty min drive. And now a month and a half later I'm still waiting to get my rightful appointment for my hand and the secretary is misinformed to my needs and doctors approval .

Whenever I've needed their help they've been available on fairly short notice. I always feel they are working to get things right whether it be adjusting my prosthetic or monitoring my gate and other issues related to my progress

I have. Ever had any issues with this place or its employees. I am a diabetic amputee. I was referred to thdm by the surgeon. They came to my residence shortly after the amputation to fit me. The only problem I had was with ordering diabetic shoes. Not their fault, but the requirements from medicare. Now that I'm a double amputee, shoes will not be an issue. I am looking forward to getting a permanent socket, and fitted for my temporary one for the other leg. Thank uou!

I neededto have special made shoes so I was recommended to American Prosthetics. I went in and he cast my feet and then wecdint hear anything for over a month. When my husband called to check on things we got the runaround. So we waited some more and called again and still got thev runaround. Now it's been over two months and still no shoes the insurance has paid them and they won't return our calls.
