They are really good of what they do
Back in January they were supposed to remake the socket my leg goes in. After several weeks they gave me the same one back. I realized this 20 minutes later when the pain once again set in. When I got home I threw the useless prosthesis to the back of my garage and I think it's still back there gathering dust. I'm forced to use an old one that is patched together. Andy, you lied.
I'm giving you a 1 star but I really want to give no stars. My grand baby was fitted for AFO's at the end of June every time we have called to see when she was going to get them the have given the excuse that something has happened in fabrication. Was supposed to get them today and they cancelled the appointment saying that they read the computer wrong and that they don't have her braces and they don't know where they are
wonderful to work with. I never had to wear a brace before and after a injury i had to wear one for a long time. They really worked to extend the life of my brace. Insurance would only cover one.
I had a custom pair of orthotics made. They fit perfectly and the staff was extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my orthotics fit my needs and fit in the shoe I wanted them in. Great product and staff!
