Worst property management company ever. went 5 days without hotwater, 4 days kitchen sink would"t drain. moved out in may still havent recieved my deposit or a reason why not. would'nt letpost 0 stars
We completed work for this company, but they have failed to pay us. Despite multiple promises that payment would be made, nothing has been sent. They’ve since stopped responding to our calls and messages. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Proceed with caution if you’re considering doing business with them.
After paying our rent on time, every time, and leaving the property better than when we moved in, we had to request our deposit back only to receive checks which were later found to have insufficient funds and not able to be cashed. We found out we were not the only people going through this issue with them. We don’t know how they’re still in business. Please research this company and the owner (Linda Lee McClure) before you decide to do business with her.
When we moved in, the tenant that lived in the property before us was still moving stuff out & we had to have the place deep cleaned ourselves since the property company didn't have it cleaned for us. So much was wrong with the house & we were told by maintenance workers that they didn't want to pay to fix the problems because it was too expensive. They screwed over a lot of maintenance workers as well having them pay for things out of pocket & not wanting to pay them for their work. They cycled through at least 4 maintenace... read more
