These people scammed me out of $2660. The place e was leaking from the walls and rat infested. The Manger Thomas Williams refuse to see me or talk to me. I had to file a lawsuit for my money. The posted ad on hotpads is fraud. They cover the issues up. I refuse to move in. It has mold and he is hiding from me. I will fix it do he will never do this to anyone else. Owners and tenant's . Don't do business with these people. I have gotten sick behind all of this.

This company is a joke. We used them as a property management for our HOA. They just wouldn't get anything done.
