The worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I don't understand how they are still in business. Others warned me not to use them, and I regret not listening.
MILITARY PERSONAL BEWARE. I’ve never had a such a problem with renting except in this town. Better off living on base or buying outright. These management companies are scalping us. Uncoordinated and lack of communication skills within. Let alone they don’t provide Pre- Walkthrough upon leaving unlike corvius.

UPDATE: My daughter moved out, they not only kept her $600.00 deposit but also billed her an additional $500.00 for bogus "repairs" that included $56.00 for 2 light bulbs! Additionally they charged her for multiple nail holes, I have proof that she did NOT HANG ONE THING ON A WALL THE WHOLE YEAR SHE LIVED THERE! And they also billed her for moving out a day late, she moved out as directed, our professional cleaner came the next day, which was approved by the company, we also have proof of that!
