Cons: Will give away your rental without telling or warning you…The company randomly texted us one day in early Dec (lease ends in July) asking for the names of people living here next year, and the next day they put the house on the market without telling /warning us. Horrible company, they take your entire deposit no matter what and charge crazy amounts on top of that. You will never get your deposit back and will pay extra. I’ve moved out of 3 houses with them and spent days cleaning making sure it’s move in ready for the next tenant, each time more than the last to at least ensure I don’t owe money after them taking my deposit and NOPE. I do not destroy any property. I barely even leave tiny nail holes. This company is a JOKE. 0/10 recommend.

First off they barley would respond, then when it came time to renew our lease 2/3 signed n they just gave our house away they were terrible at communicating prior as well. They basically kicked us out even though we have been living in the house for 2 years!! Terrible company wouldn’t recommend working with them

I would not recommend this company. When we first moved into our rental property, the home was in unacceptable condition. The yard and off-street parking were completely overgrown with weeds, making them difficult to access. There were no smoke detectors, and there was gum stuck to the walls and ceiling. Since moving in, maintenance requests have not been handled in a timely manner. It typically takes multiple messages or phone calls before receiving any response.
