I lived in a condo (bar harbour) for 5 years, this management company is the WORSE i ever seen, i placed SEVERAL work orders for repair and they do NOT respond, falsely mark the work order as done, i have things wrong since i moved in my condo, placed work orders e-mails and phone voice mail is ignored, i recommend any condo association NOT to choose american property management, it is to the point i an think of moving.
Terrible management company! Even worse property manager! Made me stay home all day today and used up a personal day waiting for a fire alarm company that never came and never told me they weren't coming. They intimidate you by sending threatening notices that say the municipality can find you as much as $750 if you are not there. I talked to the Inspector from Glenside Fire today, and he informed me they don't do that. Apparently it's just a tactic to manipulate their residents. Garbage assistance, they almost never return calls and are always extremely unhelpful. They close at 5 but I'd be surprised is anyone is ever there who's a property manager. The people who direct the calls and put in work orders are helpful. But god forbid you stay till at least 5pm when you are supposed to and help people who are at work all freaking day. Seeing as you never answer voice mails.
They should be sued for the way they practice their business. It's so obvious that they have some kind of kick back deals with places and they do not even take care of the properties, but they are quick with the fines and demands. Try contacting them you'll never get a live person other then the front desk. Voice-mail are a joke and emails don't exist.
