City turned water off of American Property Management rental at 3:30 on 7/20 due to newly purchased property. Tenants left without water until 7/22 at 9:00. No efforts to accommodate tenants in house or notify them when water would be turned back on.
Suck ass penny pinching control freaks - try to charge tenants $35 to replace blinds with a single bent vane (mid-lease) but leave parking lot lights burned out and broken for years...
