Parking situation is the worst I have ever experienced if you own more than one vehicle or plan on ever having company. Good luck trying to find a spot to park when you come home after a hard days work. Cars are forced to double park and park along curbs due to lack of planning. Several complaints have been stated but the company has yet to step up and try to fix it. The management is very rude. The $400 deposit paid at the beginning of the rental agreement is supposed to be half refundable. I left my apartment in perfect condition and now am being asked to pay $265 in BS charges. I was expecting to get money back for as nice as the place was left. There was nothing wrong with the apartment other than a few pin holes from pictures. Everything was clean from top to bottom. This apartment business will do everything they can to screw you over.
