I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional and rude individual. The inspector had no respect for our staff or future resident. He was aggressive and insulting. Our negative experience had nothing to do with the outcome of the inspection, which was fine. The issue was the way we were treated and the lack of respect we were given.
