The WORST service I've experienced in a Long time! Dropped off a tank to have some work done on it. At the time I was given a price for the work to be performed and was told that it would be ready for pick up the following day. Still no call after two weeks - so I called them. Said it was ready to come pick it up. When I got there, the price was almost DOUBLE what they had quoted me for the work to be done. Great business, very customer service oriented and friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing help with propane related questions.
I woke up to no heat in the middle of the night, so I went first thing in the morning to tractor supply, where they sell propane for 1.99 per gallon. Unfortunately they had just run out, so I drove 3 miles down the road to American propane expecting a similar priced. Much to my shock and dismay I was charged $3.41 a gallon. now I understand how they got that fancy building… They are a rip off. Screw me once shame on you screw me twice not a chance.
