I drive here from downtown Raleigh after living in Cary and going here for years. I want touchless, which is hard to find. Lately, nozzles aren't working in the automatic. Would give 5 stars if everything was maintained.
Nice car wash, costly
I put a $20 bill into the coin machine and the out of order light came on and I received no coins. I called the number for a refund the system said "sorry, I cant do that at this time" and then hung up. I ended up using the website form to request a refund, I'll update here if they actually refund or not. Don't be like me and lose 20 dollars and your time. Spend your money elsewhere.
