We’ve had an absolutely unacceptable, zero star worthy, experience with American Powersports in Findlay regarding service on our 2023 Sea-Doo Switch — a major purchase that has delivered extreme amounts of stress, lost time, and unresolved issues since day one. I saw a bike listed on their web site that I'm looking for so I clicked on the "Schedule test ride" button. Got a call on voicemail the next morning confirming they had it in stock. When I called back the salesman was unavailable. Rain tomorrow so I'll do see it today. Drove 105 miles to test drive a USED bike and the salesman Matt said they no longer allow test rides at all.
