Scam...Scam...Scam.... How in the world my rate went up from .09 to .24 cents/kwh.... This company should be investigated for shady practices. My bill not only doubled but tripled. When you call nobody is answering the phone but instead a recorded message justifying their increase. I can understand if their is a little increase in rate due to weather but 300% increase is outrageous and unjust. Canceling is a pain. Avoid at all cost.

Scam!!! the rate triple from .09 to .24 and when you check on the website it is .18 . Im trying to see how to sue them. Now they supposed to be close and took over by another company.
My bill went from 7 cents a kw to 21 cents in one month. No phone call or warning. Nobody answers the phone. I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Stay away from them
STAY AWAY! This firm is unethical and are liars! They can not be trusted. I see that they are no longer accepting new customers... Transfer to a FIXED RATE GENERATOR before this firm sticks it to you like they did me. They send me an E-Mail stating Jan. rate would be billed at .89/kwh and then charged me .11/kwh. They should be fined by the NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERAL for FRAUD. COMPLAINTS are filed with NY and PA Public Utility Commissions...
