Very stressful experience. I did not know I was "possibly" approved until 3 days before closing. I say possibly because I never got a commitment, just a basic email saying I was approved. During the process, I would ask every couple of weeks, how much longer and they would say, dont worry, everything is good, we just need "x". Every single time I asked, they always needed something else. I dont know what would have happened if I didnt ask.
