I called to schedule service for my pump on a Sat. morning when many of the other service places are closed. He told me where I could find a broken piece for $5. rather than give him $100. for a service call. Then he listened to my problem and told me he would stay on the line and talk me through the problem until it was solved. He was patient, descriptive, and clear and I was able to correct the problem. I'm grateful for his integrity, his desire to serve, and his comprehensive knowledge of pumps. I highly recommend him.

Very good work. Expert in this field , this guy pulled and cleaned my filter press and it hasn't plugged since. I will definitely use again. Good looking too :)

Came to fix my pump on a warranty took out my very expensive one and stuck in a bottom of the line pump and when it stopped working 2 weeks later he said he wasn’t coming back to fix it, it’s a warranty issue. Now I have no pump and have to purchase a new one. Never use these people!!! Terrible customer service!
