Lifeguards are extremely undertrained. Pool is never clean, they are not even aware when the pump is off and not filtering. Lifeguard etiquette is lacking, rude, and aggressive attitudes for no reason.
Beware, most good reviews were done by employees...
Great company to work for. Supervisors are always responsive and helpful and the guards are well trained and professional. I always enjoy coming back to work in the summer!
I had a wonderful experience working at American Pool. The job was enjoyable, and I had the opportunity to meet some incredible people. The pool I was assigned to was also beautiful, which made the experience even better.
