I can not stress enough how terrible this pool company is. The supervisors are the nastiest people you’ve ever met… but more importantly… This company simply doesn’t have the interest of the residents’ safety or comfort in mind. By example: Last Sunday the pool closed because there was zero chlorine in a pool that services 250 apartments. Later that day, a child pooped in the pool. Their lifeguards are extremely undertrained, nasty to pool guests, and borderline incompetent. One year, at our residential property, a lifeguard was filling up his water bottle with pool water and drinking it. Another year, a lifeguard closed our pool early so that she could invite her friends over for a late night party. They do not clean pools daily, have been caught forgetting to chlorinate our pool for weeks on end, and have failed to fix a spa at our complex for years. Lifeguards are extremely undertrained. Pool is never clean, they are not even aware when the pump is off and not filtering. Lifeguard etiquette is lacking, rude, and aggressive attitudes for no reason.
