We have been very disappointed with the management of our pool through this company. While we understand that lifeguards must prioritize safety and follow weather protocols, the way those policies are carried out has been frustrating. On our most recent visit, everyone was asked to leave the pool because of a brief rain shower. The rain stopped after about 15 minutes, and we stayed for another 30 minutes waiting for the lifeguards to return to their chairs and reopen the pool. They never did.
