These people were hired to do the plumbing for two bathrooms in a new addition to our house. The two-man crew did an abysmal job. There isn't enough space to list all of the mistakes made. They flooded the job site twice, and that's just for starters. Since that time, I've had to call American Plumbing to fix 3 other problems. Each time, the crew they sent commented on the poor quality of work done (they didn't seem to know it was their company). The latest repair required the ceiling to be cut away. I called and made an appointment for someone to come and fix a problem I've been waiting to have fixed for 2 months now. I was told someone would come out on the day I requested (my hours make it difficult to have someone come out at their convenience) and that I would get a phone call to say when they were on their way. I did not get a call and no one showed up. This is the 3rd plumber who has not turned up after I have requested an appointment. I am very disappointed as a new resident in Savannah.
