I called them after a previous plumber ruined my vintage clawfoot tub and shower hardware, and Tim & Colby promptly came out to take a look. They made sure my new hardware would fit, gave me an accurate estimate, and started the job the same day. They were very careful not to damage any of the finishes, installed everything beautifully, and made sure I was happy with everything before they cleaned up. I had a great experience with American Plumbing & Rooter Solutions. Colby came out and replaced the hydrant (water spigot) on the side of my house, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Called Tim at 8:30 in the morning for a water leak our carpet was all wet. He was headed to a job but said he would come by right after. He showed up. Found our problem. Got it all fixed within a couple hours. He did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him.
