Absolutely the worst plumbing experience I have ever had. American Plumbing and Heating (sent by American Home Shield) caused thousands of dollars in damage to my home: Put a hole in my tub during initial cleaning, scratched it with tools, and then burst a brass pipe while trying to fix a clog. Installed a makeshift patch, hammered excessively, and admitted to cutting extra material unnecessarily — now my tub squeaks every time it’s used.
