Excellent, reliable and prompt service. As soon as they found they were assigned to come repair our faucet they called us to confirm their arrival time. A licensed plumber, they were punctual and very explicit and upfront about what had to be done and the costs. We like the way this company promises to stand by their work and guarantee it.
Have used them many times over the last 12 years. Always responsive, professional, courteous with excellent technical knowledge. They explain everything to me in non technical terms before performing the work. The staff, who is their administrative/customer service person, is a shining star.
