After being given the run around from 2 reputable tag and title places i was referred to this place. Actually called and spoke with someone before even driving there to ensure they could indeed actually help. The lady i had spoken with over the phone asked to speak to the agent and the second place i was at. She explained to the agent how to do it and was still turned away. Went there today after a bad experience at another place. They were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and get the transactions done and info I needed. I can't thank them enough. Great customer service! Will use them anytime I need something done.
I saw all of the negative reviews, so I was worried about having to go here yesterday, but my experience was perfect. No rudeness or anything. Very nice. I had to pay tax on my trailer because Lowe's didn't charge me for whatever reason, which sucked, but it's not American Pie's fault. I'm wondering if this is where a lot of the negative reviews stem from. I'd go here again for sure
Linda is the rudest person I have encountered with in a very long time! I went there with my husband to register our car & received the worst customer service! Not to mention she never gave us eye contact when speaking to us or when we asked questions as if we were undeserving of her full attention! Disgusting service! If you must go there save yourself the bad experience & go on a Saturday when the other worker Lori is there (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) she treated us kindly & gave us the service we needed.
