Amazing place
Never again will I go here. The female employee Lori I believe was very very rude and in a very bad mood. I agree with the past reviews on how miserable and unprofessional this woman was. Pass on this notary and go somewhere else. She doesn’t even deserve one star. So if you explained the fees below please let us all know why everyone says you are all in a constant bad mood? Maybe you wouldn’t get so many bad reviews if you would actually be nice?
After being given the run around from 2 reputable tag and title places i was referred to this place. Actually called and spoke with someone before even driving there to ensure they could indeed actually help. The lady i had spoken with over the phone asked to speak to the agent and the second place i was at. She explained to the agent how to do it and was still turned away. Went there today after a bad experience at another place. They were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and get the transactions done and info I needed. I can't thank them enough. Great customer service! Will use them anytime I need something done.
I saw all of the negative reviews, so I was worried about having to go here yesterday, but my experience was perfect. No rudeness or anything. Very nice. I had to pay tax on my trailer because Lowe's didn't charge me for whatever reason, which sucked, but it's not American Pie's fault. I'm wondering if this is where a lot of the negative reviews stem from. I'd go here again for sure
