Called about a title question where one person is deceased and the title needed to be updated to list the living spouse only. We received the most unprofessional attitude when asked if the title needed to be notarized before sending it to PennDOT. Apparently title questions either aren’t within their skills and abilities or they are just miserable people.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rude, ignorant and absolutely HORRIBLE.

The owner Lori is the most helpful, kind, and professional woman I have ever meet. I recently had to do a title transfer on a motorcycle and she had me in and out in no time. Defiantly one of the most simple and seamless experiences I have ever had. As well as the fantastic service she also makes and sells candles out of the same store which smell amazing and I highly recommend you grab one on your way out. Thank you Lori, and the entirety of American Pie Title And Tag.
I’ve gotten two title transfers from here before and have highly recommended them, i went in about 2 weeks ago to transfer a title..two different workers both extremely rude and snarky was honestly super disappointed i went somewhere else..shocked about the unprofessionalism…
