Came to the American Pet Clinic, devastated because I was thinking something was seriously wrong with my dog. I just got to say I’m so happy with the service this clinic provided. My dog is showing positive signs of improvement with just a visit and a couple treatments the clinic had to offer. Thank you American Pet Clinic for taking us in same-day, for checking out my baby, and for fixing the problem. I’m so relieved!
My wonderful cat, Pepper, died at your clinic at only 1 1/2 years old. When I alerted your staff she was having a medical emergency, it was wrong to send an unqualified employee to make the diagnosis of "needs oxygen" and then whisk her away to strap her down with a mask on her head. My poor girl died terrified and alone. So much regret... I wish I had just kept her at home. It's also pretty shady to withhold the medical records I requested months ago.
