I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic. I brought in a 1-month-old kitten in very poor health and explained that it was an emergency, but I was told they couldn’t see the kitten because they were fully booked. When an animal is suffering and clearly needs urgent care, turning them away without any compassion or urgency is heartbreaking. I understand clinics get busy, but emergencies involving very young animals should be handled differently or at least met with more concern and guidance. This experience left me feeling ... read more
We love our pets & love this place. They really are passionate & friendly every time we are there. From the time we walk in, to the time we leave!
This place does not care about your pet 🐶 all they care about is the money..I took my baby DOLLY there because she was not eating and she was drulin with blood and sleeping more than usual I explained that my main concern was her not able to eat her dry food and that I was sure something was wrong from inside her mouth and throat and that she had lost too much weight doctor came back saying she needed X-rays and blood work and that she needed to stay there for about 2-3 hours so I left her there and got a phone call that sh... read more
I took My dog for his rabie shot here and seems very friendly place and staff but only thing I didn't like that he was given his shot in separate room away from me, I would of liked to see it done in front of me for next time I'll request that or else I'm not taking him there.
American Pet is the best! Dr. Heather and staff were so thorough and knowledgeable. They truly were caring for each patient.
