We have had APS bi-annually service the exterior of our home for box elder bugs for over 10 years. They have always been a great company to work with; very professional and knowledgeable.
We had a serious mouse problem at our old farm house. APS fixed the problem for less than half of the cost of competing quotes. They were professional and punctual. I highly recommend them.
Service tech was friendly, on time, friendly and informative. We had used APS at our previous home for mice 10 years ago. They are still in business and running it well. Simple options -- one time or seasonal. No pressure like the companies that come around and try and sell you immediately. We had a wasp problem and they (big company) came around. It reminded us of our previous service with APS! Still had our records and we contacted them and felt much more at ease with options. Very easy to deal with and honest.
Been was great. Very professional. Reviewed our issue and had solutions.
I never received a report as to how many pellets were taken.
