Always great, prompt service! They answer any and all questions.
Always friendly and professional. The only thing I would change is that they would contact us earlier in the spring like they did when we first started getting their services. The last two years I had to call them after the wasps and hornets were already swarming. Maybe they just get too many requests which delays their service. Overall we are very satisfied.
We have used American Pest for 6 years now, spring and fall for bug control on our house (we live out in the country). They are always professional, always on time and their prices have been very reasonable.
I was not home during the application. I did receive a call the day before informing me of the next day appointment. I also received a call from Joe letting me know this was a new person, and he would be monitoring the process. I have the utmost trust in Joe, and believed the job to be completed as I would expect.
