I requested a free pest evaluation on their website. I was not notified about any charges that occurred upfront. It was my understanding that someone would come to my house and see what kind of pests we're in my attic. Instead they came to my house, walked around and said "yep, their bats". Gave me a $380 bill upfront for the inspection, and had to pay it 100% upfront on July 22nd, 2021 per Dave. I have no money now, and my problem is still not fixed.
