This pest company was hired to come through and check all units of my complex and spray for bed bugs. My neighbor who does unfortunately have them was told by the tech that he didn't have time to treat his couch. Umm isnt that your job? I made a request to have 5 wasp nests removed from our building, a tech came out and left a note at the office saying that he saw no wasp nests. Is the tech legally blind? All you have to do is look up and you will see multiple nests. Bait boxes around our apartment have not been checked in months. Some stations are flipped over and covered in spider webs. It seems like the tech for this property is just checking into the office and not really doing any work.
