The care for my child was much appreciated and we were seen almost immediately after arriving! But I’m only giving 4 stars because the clinic itself seems a little dirty in the lobby area. I want to clarify my side of the story after seeing the clinic’s response. I have decided to remove my previous negative review. (Not sure if it went through or not.) However, I was very surprised and disappointed by the serious accusations made by the clinic in their response. Many of our communications were conducted over the phone, and of course, there were no recordings. Most of the written communication was done in Chinese. Four months ago, our family was charged a $77 “follow-up call fee” for a call that lasted less than one minute — a call we never requested. The doctor simply reminded us to give our child medication on time. We did not ask for medical advice or a follow-up consultation, yet the clinic billed it as a paid service. This is the first time I've had to change a review years after. You can see a recurring theme with the establishment: billing clients thereafter with hidden copay months or years after despite parents making multiple attempts to call, send emails, proof with receipts that we've already paid copays.
