Worse service ever! I have been trying since November 2021 to get my 8 mm pearl studs replaced. Customer service never calls back and I got a pair of 7 mm ($60) studs in the mail for no reason!! Every time I talk to a sales manager, he promises to fix with nothing done. I’m exasperated- do not buy from this company.
