We needed an 11 month warranty inspection and could not be happier with hiring Keith for it. He was flexible to our busy schedule and even called ahead to check the weather to ensure he would be able to provide us with a thorough inspection including getting on the roof. Never tried to up sell once he arrived and showed/explained everything he found. His report was thorough and very detailed. It made it very easy to get everything fixed by the builder. Will certainly hire again, when needed.

I highly recommend American Patriot Inspection Services! Keith Provencher was on time, professional and thorough; wish I had hired him sooner! We chose a great builder to do a new construction home and presumed with all the “codes & requirements” it would be unnecessary to have phase inspections, I was wrong! When I called to get information about the services they were very informative right away, it was very helpful and calming about everything being I havent done this before. Every time there was a meeting scheduled he was overly communicative on everything as well as very punctual, but also he stops by periodically just to check even when theres no need just to see what stage the process is in.
