I just bought a Napoleon pro rogue stainless steel grill from these people. Their customer service from beginning to end was just superb. I first called Grand appliance to see if they had this grill and if they could get it to me and install it. As typical for their customer service they would have to order the grill which took 3 weeks and they could build it but they couldn't install it. I'd have to come and get it myself. My husband has been shopping here for about the last eight years. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. One time I came in to buy my husband a gift card for Christmas, and the person helping me asked what he was making, to which I said a ham, and I left that day with the gift card plus a new ham recipe.
This place is fantastic. I had purchased a Napoleon grill from a competitor and was told it would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. 10 weeks later and after no help from the store on where my grill was or when I would receive it,I called American Parts Equipment. I spoke with Josh, and he said he had that grill in stock and would have it at the store in 2 to 3 days . Day 3, he called me to say my grill was there.
