I took my 2 vehicles to this body shop. Joe was very friendly and professional. While my Dodge was in the shop for repairs a mouse or rat got into my truck and started destroying my belongings. I set multiple traps but didn't catch it. I expressed my serious concern about this issue. He flat out told me that he doesn't have a mouse problem and refused to help me. Just had my new Toyota Camry repaired where the bumper was removed, buffed out (scraped up on a wall!), and repainted with the clear coat. Nick took excellent care of my car, getting it back to me in new condition in less time than quoted and it looks great again! Polite and professional service. If I ever need auto repair work done again, I'll know where to go!
