Was good at first then went absolutely ridiculous can't call no response inconsistent medicine refills as up to a week in 5 years only talked to doctor once 3 minutes. And never been to a doctor before my accident hell my insurance wrote a letter to them over urine testing after 5 years of it never nothing.was like a weight lifted off me when I walked out over dating on refill.

Poor service. I called in for a patient today to assist with a power wheelchair. The call center representative Tyeshia was so rude and unprofessional. My request was simple verification of the providers name, spelling and a fax number. Tyeshia first said she didn't know it. When I asked if she could reach out to the office she refused. Ultimately she tried to provide me the phone number in place of the fax number. When I asked if she could verify the fax number again she became verbally disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't know who the other patient had as a doctor but I've had this doctor for years and I have followed him from building to building . I have never had a problem with no one returning my calls or me not speaking to the doctor on a monthly basis I've had nothing but the best experience with Dr Galang!!!!
