Not clear on time of arrival, sent multiple messages with different times. Then when I arrived (the time that was listed on the last message I received), they REFUSED to see me. Good luck on someone answering the phone. You have to physically go to the office to check on your prior approvals and get yelled at for asking. Took 3 weeks for approval only Getting it after I called main office to complain. Very over booked and doctors do not care. You are just a number. Charge your insurance for a 45 min appointment that maybe took 5 min. Just a money making clinic. Understaffed with no plan to increase staffing
