Good luck on someone answering the phone. You have to physically go to the office to check on your prior approvals and get yelled at for asking. Took 3 weeks for approval only Getting it after I called main office to complain. Very over booked and doctors do not care. You are just a number. Charge your insurance for a 45 min appointment that maybe took 5 min. Just a money making clinic. Understaffed with no plan to increase staffing
