This review is specifically for MICHELE LEWIS. The manager and broker who ghosted me ahead of an important deadline. I contacted Michele on A Wednesday to ask if there could be a quick turnaround for a Monday deadline on a pre approval letter. She said no problem. I spent the next 24 hours gathering and submitting documents. I called, emailed and left voice mails. She didn’t ONCE return my correspondence.
