We've used American Overhead Doors of CT (AODCT) for routine service over 15+ years and eventually bit the bullet to replace our entire double-bay garage door and motor three months ago. But on Thanksgiving we experienced a freakish failure of one of the critical components. The next morning -- a holiday for many businesses -- AODCT's owner texted me to say a repairman would be onsite that day.
