Service provided (door spring replace) was excellent. Technician arrived as scheduled, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
On January 9th I phoned Overhead at 3:49 p.m. for an appointment and quote to repair a broken spring on my garage door. The representative asked if he could put me on hold for a minute. When he returned he said he could have a technician there within 5 to 10 minutes. I said okay I'll be waiting. My garage door was repaired by 4:20 p.m. Thank you Overhead for your fast and professional service. I can truly say this is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
