Fast service. Arrived less than an hour after I initially called for an appointment and 2 hours before the scheduled appointment window.
Great service from the technician, but I must admit that I thought it was kind of pricey
Overhead Door replaced our old door and opener with a fairly simple belt drive replacement system and it was a drastic improvement over the old unit. Our garage is lower than most which posed some dimensional challenges and they were able to adapt the installation to fit and open/close smoothly without expensive customized components. We actually ended up with a few more inches of clearance between the floor and opened door which has been a pain point in the past. American Overhead Door has my utmost respect and I will definitely be using them in the future. My garage door spring snapped on Thursday night and I called around on Friday morning to see if anyone could replace the spring before the close of business. I was able to set up an appointment with Precision Garage Door and the associate on the phone stated that their crew would be at my home between 11am - 1pm.
