I can not say enough good things about this company. Had an issue with a warranty on my opener and Nick stepped in, took the appropriate action right away and had a new one installed in just a couple days. Also big shout out to JD the technician that came to do the install. Top notch.
I recently posted about a service charge that I received and didn't agree with.After receiving a phone call from American Overhead Door,I thought they were very fair in what we talked about.I will continue to do business and will reccomend them.
$140.00 for a service charge.I was never offered a estimate before technician started.I will not be calling again for service or recommending this business to anyone
I called American Overhead Door last week for a broken cable, and today for a broken spring. Both times, the lady who answered the phone was super nice and helpful and on both days, someone was at my house within an hour! I would give 10 stars if I could for the beyond amazing service!
