Our patio looks really nice, which is why we settled on 3 stars, but his communication and scheduling is horrible. Also, the concrete work left lots of visible voids which is upsetting considering we paid a lot of money for a product that wasn't exactly what we were expecting. The fact that we have to pay extra money out of our pockets to resolve this problem is unacceptable, but he just kept blowing off our concerns about it and backfilled it with dirt that washed away the next day.
