Very disappointing. Went initially for repair to existing AFOs. They pointed out that the old ones were delaminating and needed replacement. I ordered a new pair. After 3-4 weeks of not hearing, I followed up—I think it was a total of three or four times. (They were moving, but still). Finally they ordered a pair and we set an appointment.
