Called for an emergency no heat (just need 100 gallons of oil). They have an answering service that refuses to give you to any of the ACTUAL COMPANY MEMBERS. I called at 7:30 AM requesting delivery of 100 gallons as an emergency for no heat. Called again at 10:30 am to see if delivery was completed, and I got “I’ll send a message to them”. They are great. Met the owner high empathy, came during a storm when I mentioned kids. Great service and prompt.

I called American Oil on Christmas Eve day because I was low on oil. Our gauge is hard to read put it was our fault for not checking more often. I didn't expect them to come out until Monday because of the holiday. Gary came out within about 2hrs to fill the tank. It was so fast I didn't even see him come and go. My husband went down to check the gauge again and the tank was filled. This company gives great service and is very polite and dependable. Customer for life.
